2 Days In Cappadocia, Famous For Its Underground Cities


First day; After the free breakfast on the way out of Adana, our first stop will be Ihlara Valley. After seeing the Ağaçaltı and Yılanlı Church, we will visit the underground cities in Derin Kuyu district. After visiting the interesting underground city built by the people fleeing the enemy occupation, we visit Üçhisar Castle. We take a lunch break in an authentic place where we will have the opportunity to taste Cappadocia's famous baked beans with pastrami and kebab.

Right after lunch, we will have free time to visit the pottery workshop and shopping time in Avanos. After taking a photo break in Paşabağları Locality, where the formation and development of the fairy chimney can be best seen, we see natural formations like camels and seals sitting in Develi Valley (Dervent Valley), which takes its name from the camel-shaped fairy chimney, and then check in to the hotel. After having dinner, our guests can join the local Turkish Night.

The second day; Before breakfast at the hotel, our guests can watch the Balloons, and our guests can join extra tours such as Balloon Tour, ATV Tour or Camel Tour. After breakfast, we leave the hotel with our luggage. Our first stop is at the Göreme Open Air Museum, which hosted an intense monastic life from the 4th century to the 12th century AD, with sections such as chapels, churches, kitchens and dining halls inside the rock blocks; St. Basileus Chapel, Yılanlı and Elmalı Churches will be visited.

Then we travel to the old Hacıbektaş district, where Hacıbektaş Veli's tomb is located. Right after we have our lunch here, we will see sections such as Nadar Courtyard, Üçler Fountain, Aslanlı Fountain, Soup Kitchen, Meydan House, Meydan Room, Balım Sultan Tomb, Hacıbektaş Veli Tomb, and set off for Adana, accompanied by the narrations of our guide. On the way to Adana, we take our dinner on the way and come to our hotel.
