It is a great opportunity for you to find all the legendary
flavors of Adana together and enjoy them to the fullest. Held in Adana Merkez
Park for 3 days, usually on the first weekend of October, from Friday to
Sunday, the festival invites famous chefs from Turkey and the world to organize
various seminars and culinary workshops.
From Adana Kebab and liver, one of the first tastes that come
to mind when Adana is mentioned, to city-specific desserts such as halka
dessert and karakuş; From local delicacies such as şirdan, mumbar, dolma,
stuffed meatballs, analı Kızlı to fast snacks such as börek and doner, the
festival also presents the city's famous non-traditional flavors. In addition,
you will have the opportunity to taste different flavors of many countries such
as Lebanon at the festival, where 12 countries, including 9 European, 2 Far
East and 1 Mediterranean countries, are invited.
