From Adana Kebab and liver, one of the first tastes that come to mind when Adana is mentioned, to city-specific desserts such as halka dessert and karakuş; From local delicacies such as şirdan, mumbar, dolma, stuffed meatballs, analı Kızlı to fast snacks such as börek and doner, the festival also presents the city's famous non-traditional flavors. In addition, you will have the opportunity to taste different flavors of many countries such as Lebanon at the festival, where 12 countries, including 9 European, 2 Far East and 1 Mediterranean countries, are invited.
